How do I signup for a UniqHRM account?
Please go to our signup page and sign up for an account. You must provide the company name, person-in-charge, contact number and email to proceed. You are given a choice to go for the free trial first or the paid plan.
How do I reset my password if I have forgotten mine?
Please click on the "Forgot Password" link in the login page and follow the steps to reset a new password.
How long do you take to approve and activate my account?
If you signed up for the account between Monday and Thursday, you can expect an account activated email from us within 24 hours. If you signed up for the account on a Friday or during weekends, you can expect it to be activated by the following Monday.
What do I do if I did not receive my account activation email?
There is a possibility that the email could have ended up in your spam folder. Please check your spam folder or junk mail folder for it. If you really did not receive any account activation email from us within 2 working days, please give our support team a call or message [hyperlink to contact] us and we will trace your signup process to see what went wrong.
Can I access all features of UniqHRM from any mobile device?
The web application is accessible from any mobile device that has an internet connection. We are in the process of making the app mobile responsive so that it is user-friendly for mobile device users across all platforms.
